What sets this site apart from many others is its particularly beautiful location.

The shower is currently still an outdoor shower, but we are working on changing this, it will just take a little while :-)

There is a lot of wildlife here, which you can usually observe from the pitch in the late evening or early morning.

A real highlight is the annual deer rut (20.09.-20.10.), as all pitches are located directly on the meadows near the large forest. If you want to experience the king of the forests up close, you have the best chances here.

The impressive bellowing of the stags can be heard for miles in good weather. Here the deer come to your motorhome at night...

The village of Oberdalmerscheid in the municipality of Hellenthal has only 7 houses (hardly any light pollution), so you can see the Milky Way at night on a clear day.

But the surrounding region is by no means sleepy. The well-signposted hiking and mountain biking routes in the immediate vicinity are very popular.
