A beautiful campsite! We got spot number 1, which we really loved. Emanuel and Jenny, as well as Theo and Ruby, were super nice, and we had some pleasant little chats with them. The surroundings were also fantastic. Small villages and a huge forest. The hike was great! The farm shop was stocked with regional, sustainable products and even had vegan options, which I loved!! Supplies for washing dishes, showering, and using the restroom were provided. I also thought the toothpaste tablets were great to try out! We felt very comfortable

We had a great stay at Emauel and Jenny. Lovely spot, kind hosts, great outdoor shower, a beautiful forest as your backyard and a lot of thoughtful details that really add to the experience and atmosphere. (Small tip for future guests: don't forget to bring an adapter to use a normal electricity socket with your camping plug - but luckily we could kindly borrow one!)

It was exactly as expected: fantastic view, extremely quiet location on the edge of the forest and as an extra the well-stocked farm store. The toilet and small kitchen were clean. The outdoor shower with hot water in November was amazing! We will definitely be back.
Very lovely hosts, due to the weather I only stayed one night and only had personal contact with Jenny. A very approachable, warm-hearted young woman with whom I spoke intensively. Very committed to her children, the visionary concept of the family and her modest lifestyle. A contact that is still buzzing around in my head and impressed me. Wonderfully quiet location on the edge of the forest. Ideal starting point for solitary hikes. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Well-kept public areas and great farm produce!
We felt welcome from the very first minute; the peace and quiet is priceless. There is a small store where you can buy everything. There is a beautiful outdoor shower overlooking the meadow. Highly recommended if you love peace and quiet.

Jenny and Emmanuel are wonderful hosts who have created a very special place. Not only great pitches and an outdoor adventure shower, but also an opportunity to buy fresh eggs, yoghurt, milk, muesli and other little things. Let yourself be enchanted.
Wonderful place on the edge of the forest, far-reaching views of the valley. Jenny and Emanuel very lovely, attentive hosts. Very nice room with washing facilities and local handicrafts. Will be back soon!
The place was beautiful and quiet. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed three great sunsets. In the evening, we only heard a few birds and frogs. The little store was lovingly decorated with local produce and we tried some delicious yogurt. The hosts were super nice. A particular highlight (thanks to the good weather) was the outdoor shower. We had a young dog with us, which wasn't always easy, but then it worked out well.
Emanuel and Jenny, you are the perfect hosts. Friendly, warm and helpful. Everything was great for us. The little shop was furnished with love and we always discovered something new. The toilet was clean and the shower was amazing. A great idea was implemented in a really cool way. Despite a somewhat wet 3 days, it was a mega nice stay with you. Thank you for everything. A beautiful place and incredibly nice hosts! Emanuel is very helpful and patient (when spotting deer with my daughter), lent us his binoculars and described to us where we could best see game in the forest in the evening. Jenny is simply very special, provides a very loving little range of high-quality things (honey, muesli, milk, socks). Fire bowl and wood (for a donation) are on site. In the morning at 6am, a beautiful fox could be observed from our pitch, it was a wonderful stay, a very short but totally relaxing break! Thank you!
It’s been almost a year, but we still want to leave a review—we’d completely forgotten about it. Even after all this time, we have nothing but fond memories of our long weekend. We stayed there in our Caddy and really appreciated the restroom, electricity, water, and the little farm shop. The fire pit in the evening was great, too. We especially remember the outdoor shower with hot water (via hoses). It was lovely to shower out in nature, yet still be shielded from view. We’ll definitely be back when we get the chance. An absolute insider tip! The small, lovingly run campsite impressed us from the very first moment. You immediately notice how much heart and soul goes into it. We particularly liked the selection of regional products. Everything is locally sourced and presented with lots of love. The hosts are incredibly kind, making you feel completely at ease. If you're looking for peace, nature and authenticity, this is the place for you. We will definitely be back!
Really, great, witty and charming hosts. That alone is reason enough to come back. It is beautifully quiet and close to nature. Everything is clean and tidy. There is everything you need, including a mobile bakery. I can only give it my warmest recommendation.

We stayed from Christmas Day to New Year's Eve with our two dogs on pitch 1. Jenny and Emanuel are warm and very accommodating. The laundry room with various shopping items (including yogurt, pasta, spices, honey...) is very lovingly furnished. The toilet is very clean. The highlight is the outdoor shower. Taking a warm shower in the frost with a view of the forest is an amazing experience. Wood can be purchased and the fire bowls can be used. The surrounding area is perfect for hiking, biking or relaxing. Suppliers regularly come to the village with vending carts. We will definitely be back.
I don't usually write reviews - but I'm very happy to do so here. We spent the turn of the year in Oberdalmerscheid. Anyone who knows and likes the Eifel is in good hands there. Those who don't know it will learn to love it there. This is partly due to the area itself and partly to the location. But above all it's down to the couple who run it. They are so open, so welcoming and so honestly interested in their guests' satisfaction that we have never experienced it anywhere else. The quiet, almost secluded location, the visit of whole herds of game at dusk and the star-studded night sky were more than convincing. Another highlight is the open-air/outdoor shower. It lets you become one with the beautiful scenery and is an absolutely fantastic experience. If you are on vacation in the "hinterland", you are not looking for campsites with pools and evening shows. The opposite is the case - small but nice places are preferred. Voilà! Emanuel and Jenny are on hand with help and advice - and are happy to do so! The two of them have convincing ideas that they want to put into practice little by little - in harmony with their home and nature. We wish them every success and look forward to coming back!

Dear Jenny, dear Emanuel, thank you very much for the relaxing weekend in the beautiful Eifel. We chose your pitch for our first tour with the roof tent and couldn't have made a better choice. The view alone is a highlight, but all the details with which you pamper your guests exceeded our expectations. An outdoor shower with a view, a toilet, a scullery and, last but not least, the friendly welcome and treatment made our stay even sweeter and we felt very welcome. Your mammoth project to develop your farm into a permaculture and of course the fine selection from the future farm store aroused our curiosity, so we will definitely be back to see how you and the kids are doing, how you are progressing and of course to be able to hike, forest bathe and relax again. Wonderful place with a lovingly designed little store, sink and WC. The outdoor shower is also great. Emanuel and his family are very hospitable and helpful. We will definitely be back.

What a beautiful place and what nice and lovely hosts! We felt completely at ease. The communication was excellent, the place with a wonderful outdoor shower (never showered with such a beautiful view), lovingly furnished scullery and guest toilet a dream. The "farm shop" sells selected products from the region. From dusk onwards, we were able to listen to the roaring of the deer, which we could actually observe in the adjacent meadow. This makes the hearts of nature lovers like us beat faster. We will definitely be back!
I would have liked it if the description had stated that the water connection for the shower is "flexible" (hoses) and that it still needs to be connected.
We were warmly welcomed and had a great time. Emanuel lent us binoculars to watch the deer and also provided a place to dry our clothes after a hike. Another highlight was the outdoor shower. Very nice pitch and super nice family. Definitely worth a visit, especially during the rut.
