    You can customize and edit your route at any time. Add camps and cabins, plan stops at places of interest or change the order of your waypoints. You can also easily display the route on Google Maps and set off immediately.

    Make your life easy and use AI. Just tell Howdy about your plan: e.g. how long you want to be on the road, whether you want to make stopovers or experience something specific - it will show you the perfect route!

  • Camps and Cabins

    Be inspired by over 3,000 fantastic camps & cabins. Choose stops along the route or plan a road trip to combine your favorite camps and cabins. You can then book them as usual via the page of the respective listing.

  • Is it possible to display the route on the map?

    Yes, of course - your route, your rules. You can display the route either in the overview with all stopovers, the travel time and brief information about the camps and cabins or clearly on the map. The stops are numbered according to the order you specify.

  • Is the route planner suitable for motorhomes?

    The route planner is even designed for motorhomes! ;)
    If you want to see whether the camps along your route are designed for motorhomes, you can simply use the filter as usual.

  • Is the route planner free of charge?

    Yes, the route planner is free! You don't have to pay any fees to use it. Even using the AI assistant Howdy is completely free!

  • Can I be navigated to the stops?

    Yes, you can easily import your route to Google Maps and start navigating to your stops.

  • Who is Howdy?

    Howdy is your travel assistant the next time it's "ROADTRIP!". He can support you in all matters - whether you want to drive the fastest route, your camp or cabin should be suitable for bike tours or you have a dog with you and only want to see camps along the route where you can bring your four-legged friend. Just tell Howdy about your plans and together you can put together the perfect road trip!

  • How do I book camps or cabins along the route?

    You can book or request a camp or cabin via the listing. Simply tap on the camp, select your desired travel dates and click on "Go to booking" or "Request booking", then you will be guided through the process step by step.
