In Dreiborn you sleep centrally directly at the Eifel National Park and the Dreiborn plateau. Numerous accesses to the National Park are within walking distance. From there you can start great hiking or biking tours.
Dreiborn has a nice café, which invites you to stay and a bakery that offers fresh bread and delicious rolls from Tuesday to Sunday. The inhabitants of Dreiborn offer fresh eggs from their own farm as well as honey for sale.
Nice excursion destinations are the castle Vogelsang with numerous exhibitions and beautiful viewing platforms, the abandoned village Wollseifen in the middle of the National Park, the city of Monschau, the Wild Kermeter and the wildlife enclosure Hellenthal.
Water sports enthusiasts will not miss out on the nearby Rursee or the Zülpicher watersports lake with an outdoor swimming pool and beach bar (30km).
