Dear campers,

we welcome you to our spacious meadow in the beautiful Eifel. Together with our quiet guard dog and 2 cats, my husband and I live in a natural wooden house on our 8000 sqm property in the northern Eifel. Surrounded by mystical forests, wild streams and green meadows, we offer 3 pitches for campers, motorhomes & Co. all year round.

Location: we are located at the southernmost point in NRW only a stone's throw away from the German-Belgian border and Rhineland-Palatinate. If you like waking up in the green, being woken up by birdsong and if you love to look into the distance, we are the right place for you!

Cycling is also possible without any problems. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Vennquerbahnradweg (direction Bütgenbacher See), Kyllradweg and mountain bike routes through the forest.

Hiking enthusiasts should not miss the breathtaking hiking routes in East Belgium, at the High Fens (the largest high moor in Europe) or directly at our doorstep. The Müllerthal in Luxembourg is about 1 hour away from us and also a recommendation for a stopover.

Distances:

- 1 km: Belgian supermarket, chip shop, gas station, e-charging station.

- 5 km: Kronenburg (medieval village / castle ruins / Kronenburg lake).

- 13 km: Lake Bütgenbach

- 18 km: Prüm (shopping facilities in Rhineland-Palatinate)

- 30 km: Monschau (historical town center with half-timbered houses) + hike Perlenbach valley

- 40 km: High Fens

- 60 km: Aachen

(Note: We are staying in a health resort - the health resort tax 1,50 EUR p. person/day is already included in the price)

A wonderful, secluded spot with incredibly friendly hosts at a very welcoming family farm. We had terrible luck with the weather, but that shouldn't affect the rating.

An all-around wonderful stay! The meadow (mowed) is very spacious, so you have plenty of privacy even with other guests—you can barely see or hear each other. The view out into the open field is beautiful and instantly helps you unwind. Everything was organized in a straightforward way. Water was available, electricity was possible if needed, and the composting toilet was perfectly adequate. We especially loved the option to spontaneously book a fire pit with wood—it was very easy to arrange via the donation box. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We were able to really relax and would love to come back!
