Hi, I'm Melissa and I live with my husband Julian in the beautiful Eifel region. Nature and a sustainable lifestyle are very important to us. We grow vegetables on our property for our own use and try to promote the biodiversity of insects and plants. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city or take some time to relax in the countryside, then you've come to the right place! :-)

A wonderful, secluded spot with incredibly friendly hosts at a very welcoming family farm. We had terrible luck with the weather, but that shouldn't affect the rating.
An all-around wonderful stay! The meadow (mowed) is very spacious, so you have plenty of privacy even with other guests—you can barely see or hear each other. The view out into the open field is beautiful and instantly helps you unwind. Everything was organized in a straightforward way. Water was available, electricity was possible if needed, and the composting toilet was perfectly adequate. We especially loved the option to spontaneously book a fire pit with wood—it was very easy to arrange via the donation box. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We were able to really relax and would love to come back!
A laid-back host and a beautiful spot
The place is holy, we were alone and beautiful quiet corner with great views. Arrival and departure was smooth, a corner of solitude and peace. Thank you!

Fantastic, picture-book pitch on a well-kept plot. Electricity and water available if required. Supermarket and bakery are approx. 2 km away. We will definitely be back. PS: our dog also loved it.
I spent 3 nights on the beautiful meadow, where several pitches were mowed nice and short. The rest was allowed to grow naturally like a beautiful flower garden. It was very quiet, no road noise. Excursions to the High Fens and the Devil's Gorge, South Eifel, were easily feasible due to the good location. I would love to come back
A very nice place with a wide view over the Eifel. Unfortunately there was no electricity, otherwise everything was great.

On our road trip through the Ardennes, we stopped off at Melissa's. Very uncomplicated. It was a fantastic night with a starry sky and sunrise. Simply great! Thank you very much.

This time we were here with a caravan and our two dogs. The contact is great, Melissa and her husband are super nice. The site has become even nicer. The separate toilet is clean, water and electricity are available when needed. The Grnezmarkt 500m away is open every day, including Sundays and public holidays. The site is very quiet and you have a good view of the starry sky. The area is ideal for hiking or biking. We will be back.
Unfortunately, we didn't meet Melissa and her husband ourselves. A description of the camp was hanging on the front door as written. The camp area is very large and we were able to choose a nice spot. From there we went on a wonderful bike tour to Monschau. We felt very comfortable and will certainly be back again. As it rained on Sunday, we drove backwards from the campsite. If you don't want to leave a battlefield behind, it's definitely recommended in very wet conditions!
Everything was great :) Flat pitches with lots of space and views. Practical toilet block. Great surroundings for hikes. Dogs were no problem.
Spent 5 wonderful quiet days on the pitch with the friendly Melissa, great area that invites you to cycle and beautiful forest walks, highly recommended.
The stay was very nice. I can definitely recommend the campsite. Very easy to find and beautifully laid out. The view and the peace and quiet were very nice. Although the only road that runs through the village is not far away, everything was nice and quiet. You can also go for lovely walks. Highly recommended.

Uncomplicated - beautiful place
The place was small and nice and the toilet was very clean, even with a scented candle :) We were able to spend a wonderful night under the stars.
Great meadow property. And although there were several vehicles, you still had your privacy. Lovely TTT available. Barbecues were allowed and there were even tree stumps for those who needed seating. We didn't need electricity, but it was available. We did not meet Melissa herself, but as agreed, there were directions on the door. So everything was great, including a beautiful starry sky.
We had two wonderful days in beautiful surroundings. Cycling on the railway lines is very pleasant, with few inclines. We don't have any e-bikes.
Place mega nice! Communication uncomplicated! Procedure too! Nice hosts - even if we unfortunately didn't get to know Melissa. Perfect for our maiden flight!
Melissa's meadow is beautiful and in the middle of nature! The compost toilet is very clean and practical. However, the neighboring dogs are very loud until late at night, which could be difficult for people who are sensitive to noise. But we would definitely come back!

I didn't get to meet Melissa, but I did meet her husband. We felt very welcome. The place was as described . Lots of peace and quiet, lots of greenery. We felt very comfortable with our two dogs .
I had an incredible stay (with tent) on the lovely property of Melissa and her husband. The site was beautiful, serene, and perfectly maintained. I had access to all necessary facilities, including water and electricity, making my experience convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in nature!
We stayed here for two nights on a very beautiful, spacious and lovingly designed site. Unfortunately, we were a bit unlucky with the weather, but we were able to test everything for rain and wind. We will definitely be back, and hopefully with better weather.
My daughter and I had two very quiet and relaxing nights in the countryside on Melissa's pitch. The two of them are super helpful, electricity and water were available and we were able to sit by a fire bowl in the evening. The meadow is very beautiful; the pitches are separated by mown grass. We walked 10km to Kronenburg. Highly recommended! Many thanks to you!
Melissa gave us a very friendly and courteous welcome to her fantastic campsite. Later, we had great conversations with Julian, who lent us two saws, and a great evening around the campfire with him and other guests. At night we were able to admire the northern lights. The contact with Melissa was super friendly and totally uncomplicated. The pitches are beautifully laid out on their large plot and easy to reach. From there you can go hiking or drive to the Eifel Nature Park or to Belgium to enjoy even more nature. Thank you very much for and gladly again. LG
Very pleasant hosts, friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. Unfortunately, the parking lot, a meadow, in rain is not for everyone.... means for cars front wheel drive and caravans, suitable. We were lucky and could work with the moover. Nevertheless, we had a very nice and quiet weekend and would like to come back.

5 stars for the beautiful property and the nice hosts. Communication and reception very uncomplicated and friendly 🙂. Unfortunately, we have not found peace and quiet there. The traffic on the nearby highway was clearly audible. In the immediate neighborhood there were some dogs that have barked all day, partly into the night, continuously. In addition, there was sawing, mowing, hammering, etc. in the entire vicinity and loud music could also be heard in the distance ... even at night. For us, unfortunately, this had zero recreational value.
Although my first planned stay was canceled due to bad weather, Melissa kept in touch very pleasantly. I look forward to catching up on my stay next week.
Beautiful well-kept lawn with plenty of space per pitch. Pleasant and uncomplicated empang by Melissa, water and electricity are also available. Gladly we come again when we are in the area.

We had a few very nice days at the place with Melissa. It is really nice and quiet there. The contact with Melissa was uncomplicated and she was very friendly. We had bikes with us and could make nice tours in the area. But you can also get very comfortably to the Büttgenbacher Lake, where you can swim, via the railroad line.
It was a very nice short trip! The plot is very large and you have enough distance to the other two pitches. It's like being alone. :-) Melissa and her husband are super hosts! It was a super first experience! :-) Thank you!
How do you say so nice gladly anytime again! Melissa and husband super nice and accommodating! Place: large! Even with 3 occupied places no one disturbs the other since sufficient distance is. The meadow is mega! Great view! Approx 500m distance is a border market where you get everything necessary even on Sundays and holidays. Full recommendation!

With our motorcycles and little tents we spent a night at Melissa's beautiful property under shady birch trees. Thanks to the compost toilet and the possibility to tap drinking water, you can also arrive at Melissa with the tent. We live in the middle of the city and wished for a night in nature. The property is located away from the village, surrounded by meadows and a wonderful view. The silence is impressive. In the morning we were woken up by the polyphonic bird concert and a fat bumblebee, which inspected our tent from the outside humming :-) Melissa and her husband are extremely friendly and attentive hosts. We can highly recommend this place and if we need another night in nature, we would choose this place again in a heartbeat.

The three, Mellisa, Julian and Gonzo have welcomed us warmly, the approach and the first contact were exemplary. The location is beautiful, quiet and a great environment. Very nice pitch. Great we found the wild flower meadow, only the places for the campers were mowed 👍🏻 A very nice and clean toilet house (even if we have not used it). We will be happy to come back again. Thanks to Melissa, everything worked out great!

We had a wonderful time! Melissa and Julian are super nice, easy going and relaxed hosts. Communication was easy and quick. They have a big dog (Gonzo) who is lovely and is with them in the fenced garden. The place is behind their garden on a large meadow. From there you have a good view of the beautiful surroundings. There was enough space for us and two other camping/tent guests. A compost toilet is available, shower and sink were not there, which was for us but no problem at all and is also so in the description. We can only warmly recommend the place. :)
Very friendly and accommodating hosts :) The pitches are on a beautiful meadow with generous distance to other campers 👍 An outhouse is also available 😉. Melissa is a super nice hostess who takes great pleasure in welcoming guests to her property. On the lawn, various places were mowed free, so that each guest had his own area. I had a very relaxing stay and would stop by Melissa again anytime.
