We’d like to welcome you to a small historic farmhouse🏚️🌳 that’s currently in a state of slumber.
Here you’ll find a peaceful spot right on the edge of the forest🌲, with a pond 💧 and a rustic well.
In just a three-minute walk, you’ll find yourself in the unique Wellertal valley🍃, which is perfect for relaxing and taking unforgettable walks—with or without your dog 🐕.
In about 30 minutes on foot, you can reach a picturesque café🍰.
Just a short distance from Silberbach lies the porcelain town of Selb, featuring ice cream parlors🍨, outlet stores💸, a forest swimming pool🛝, an ice rink⛸️, festivals 🎸, and much more.
Our farm shop, which also serves as an inn, is about a 40-minute bike ride or a five-minute drive away. Don’t miss the scenic bike ride 🚴🏼 over the Steinberg, an extinct volcano 🌋!
In Hohenberg an der Eger, you’ll find a beautiful castle complex,
the Porcelain Museum, the wallpaper factory🧱, the world leader in chenille weaving🛍️, the porcelain factory, the Carolinen Spring, and many great hiking and biking trails.🚴🏼♀️

As always, we had a wonderful time at Annika and Thomas's place. We come here regularly and always enjoy it. It's a lovely, quiet spot with plenty of charm and natural beauty. They were very friendly. We'll definitely be back next year. Highly recommended 😃
A really beautiful campsite. Someone has put a lot of love and effort into this place. Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes there, which forced us to call it an early night. The plants could also use a little TLC again. Communication with the host went smoothly.
The campsite by the abandoned farmhouse is in a truly beautiful location, and the hiking trails in the area are highly recommended. Unfortunately, the swimming pond had significantly less water, so we couldn't swim in it, but it was still a cozy spot. The hosts were also very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
Just like every year, it's a magical place with plenty of peace and quiet to let your mind wander. Communication with Annika always goes smoothly. For us, it's a must at least once a year.
