Toilet

WC's are only available in the courtyard. The house is currently being renovated. On request I can give you a key, then you can use the toilet in the house.

... but please take your leftovers back with you :-)

Electricity

If electricity is needed, I could lay a long cable reel for a small extra charge :)

Shower

Unfortunately, I cannot provide a shower. However, there is a campsite just a few meters away. There is a shower here that can be used for a small fee. Otherwise there is a garden hose with tap water on request :-)

Water

On request I can put a garden hose with tap water in the garden. There is the Carolinenquelle (ferrous drinking water) nearby, and the Eger for swimming.

Cell phone reception

Vodafone and Telekom reception is great. I have no experience with other networks.

Campfire allowed

If you really want to make a fire, you can find something - then I can provide you with a fire bowl.

Barbecue allowed

You must bring your own barbecue.

Public transport

My property is located directly at a bus stop in the direction of Selb, Marktredwitz, Waldsassen...

Fenced

The property is fenced in. The fence to the horses is no longer quite in order, but don't worry, the horses have an extra electric fence.

Other (house rules)

The importance, as on any other place: please leave clean and tidy again, thank you :)

Farm shop

A few meters down the street there is a small Edeka market (Edeka Kaiser) where you can get everything. They even serve different lunch dishes every day, including take-away! :-)

Waste disposal

There are only the surrounding garbage cans of the city for disposal of garbage. If there is an urgent need to dispose of garbage, talk to me :)

EV charging

At Burgplatz, just a few meters up the street, there are e-car charging stations.

Playground

There are 2 playgrounds a few meters down the road. Feel free to contact me and I'll describe the routes.

Bike rental

I can provide you with bicycles on request.
