Hello, my name is Edda and I bought this 4-sided farmhouse in 2020, which is still in a deep sleep.
Behind the farm and below is a large meadow with many fruit and deciduous trees. And you can camp on this meadow. Wherever you want. There are also a few small paved areas right at the entrance from the road and at the back in front of a double garage. But if the ground is dry, it's no problem to park your camper anywhere.
The river Eger at the entrance to the village is not far away, where you can cool off on hot summer days. There is an Edeka supermarket with a bakery and butcher's counter in the village (Edeka Kaiser), as well as the highly recommended Gasthof zur Burg with a view of our beautiful castle and the Weiße Lamm (restaurant opposite). The porcelain museum for culture is also in the village and the beautiful landscape around the Carolinenquelle is also worth seeing.

WC's are only available in the courtyard. The house is currently being renovated. On request I can give you a key, then you can use the toilet in the house.

Shower
Unfortunately, I cannot provide a shower. However, there is a campsite just a few meters away. There is a shower here that can be used for a small fee. Otherwise there is a garden hose with tap water on request :-)
Water
On request I can put a garden hose with tap water in the garden. There is the Carolinenquelle (ferrous drinking water) nearby, and the Eger for swimming.

Vodafone and Telekom reception is great. I have no experience with other networks.
Campfire allowed
If you really want to make a fire, you can find something - then I can provide you with a fire bowl.
Barbecue allowed
You must bring your own barbecue.
Public transport
My property is located directly at a bus stop in the direction of Selb, Marktredwitz, Waldsassen...
Fenced
The property is fenced in. The fence to the horses is no longer quite in order, but don't worry, the horses have an extra electric fence.

Around the accommodation
Farm shop
A few meters down the street there is a small Edeka market (Edeka Kaiser) where you can get everything. They even serve different lunch dishes every day, including take-away! :-)
Waste disposal
There are only the surrounding garbage cans of the city for disposal of garbage. If there is an urgent need to dispose of garbage, talk to me :)

A beautiful campsite, friendly owners, and everything within walking distance. So, top-notch!
We spent one night in the courtyard under the trees, undisturbed on the meadow. Electricity would have been possible. Very friendly telephone contact.
A beautiful spot 😍 Despite the rain on the day of arrival, the pitch was not muddy and we were able to use a sheltered spot by the fruit trees for the night. The location of the pitch is quiet and idyllic, the bakery really is directly opposite on the other side of the road. The restaurant "Geigel's Gewölbe" is just a few minutes' walk away and is also an absolute recommendation! Communication with the hostess was very pleasant and uncomplicated. We would love to come back again if the opportunity arises 😊
