Our farm is located in the idyllic little village of Kleinwendern, which has made a name for itself far beyond our district as Bavaria’s first “arch village.” In addition to this unique feature, Kleinwendern is secluded yet centrally located in the Fichtelgebirge mountains. It serves as an excellent starting point for hikes, bike rides, or even climbing trips around and up the Kösseinestock. The Wunsiedel Rock Labyrinth and the Luisenburg Festival, with its beautiful open-air stage, are practically within walking distance.

Our fruit orchard is located on the outskirts of the village. Separated from the rest of the property by a barn, it feels almost secluded. A campfire pit invites you to enjoy a cozy get-together even after the sun sets behind the Kösseine.

For the hikers among you, we recommend the Wirtshaus auf der Kösseine, which offers a first-class panoramic view of the Fichtelgebirge and the Steinwald. Pizza delivery right to your tent or RV is also available if you’d rather stay seated by the campfire.

It was absolutely wonderful—a lovely little spot with friendly people. Unfortunately, we were just passing through; we would have loved to stay longer.

The place was really beautiful. Communication with the hosts was always quick and easy, too. There’s plenty to see in the region, including many hiking trails. We’ll definitely be back to discover more places like this one.

We really, really liked the campsite. We were parked under the blossoming fruit trees. Andrea is so sweet. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay—it was truly idyllic and a great starting point for hikes. The campsite is nestled among the fruit trees, and you can hear the cows in the morning. Andrea and her husband were also very easy to deal with and incredibly friendly; we really felt welcome. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much
