We live in the middle of fields between Aurich and Wittmund in a small, old country house on a large property.
On a meadow behind our vegetable beds directly on the field land you could enjoy the vastness of East Frisia. For tent guests and for emergencies there is a toilet house with dry separation toilet in the shed. A hand basin with cold water can be found at the house wall. There is also a garden shower, but only with cold water. Of course you may also barbecue and use our fireplace (if it is not too windy). On this place in the rear part of our property you stand alone, another place without infrastructure only for campers we offer on the orchard in the front part of the property.
The next supermarket is about 3 km away. Aurich and Wittmund can be reached by bike in about 30 minutes. The coast with the Wadden Sea National Park can be reached by car in 30 minutes, but we have also made nice day trips there by bike. There are also ferries to the East Frisian islands.
There are V/E in Aurich as well as in Wittmund.

Many thanks to Steffi & Michael. 5 stars are much too little for this pitch and you as hosts. We felt more than comfortable and spent wonderful days with you. From the beginning we were warmly welcomed and have had great conversations. The pitch was a dream, in the midst of idyllic nature, even with outdoor shower, and yet only a short way to the nearest shopping (easy to reach by bike). We would have loved to stay longer, but we will be back.
The stay was short but nice! We were very nicely welcomed by the hosts.
We have been very satisfied with our stay. Steffi and Michael are great hosts, with whom you could talk super and exchange about travel, country life, etc.. You have a lot of space for free development and can let your soul dangle. Bicycles are great for example to get to the coast via the Ostfrieslandwanderweg or to reach restaurants. Wonderful pitch on large lawn, very quiet location, toilet, shower (cold) and sink available, all well maintained. Super friendly hosts, very helpful. Good location, beach and ferry ports to the islands are about 20-30 minutes away by car. We had a great weekend and will be happy to come back!
Very nice property; lots and lots of space. Children enjoyed playing soccer in the garden. Very friendly and easy going hosts. Fully recommended
