In the middle of the lake district in Upper Bavaria. On the edge of a small village.

The Staffelsee, Starnbergersee and Ammersee lakes are all 15 minutes away. You park right next to the sheep pasture and can, if you like, chill out with the sheep, they have access to the property and stop by from time to time.

The property itself is rather hidden and sheltered.

The parking space is at the gate, in front of the pasture, a simple dirt road (dead end) leads directly past the parking space.

Please note the size of the pitch: width 3.50m and length 5m (see picture)

The tent pitch is on the property and can be chosen freely.

The parking lot is 2 minutes away, if the pitch is rented.

There is a refreshing stream, which is perfect for pubbing, just 2 minutes away on foot. There is even a forest pond and spring nearby.

The property is largely natural and is grazed by sheep.

There are apple trees and many fir trees.

The sheep are all very sweet, sometimes a bit cuddly but rather shy at the beginning.

There are sunny and shady spots.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Or within 48 hours of booking, up to one day before arrival.
