In the middle of the lake district in Upper Bavaria. On the edge of a small village.

The Staffelsee, Starnbergersee and Ammersee are all 15 minutes away. You park right next to the sheep pasture and can chill out with the sheep if you like.

They have access to the property and drop by from time to time.

The plot itself is rather hidden and sheltered.

The parking space is directly in front of the gate of the property and a simple dirt road leads past it.

There is a refreshing stream, perfect for a pub crawl, just a 2 minute walk away. There is even a forest pond and spring nearby.

The property is largely wild and natural and is grazed by sheep.

There are apple trees and lots of fir trees.

The sheep are all very friendly, sometimes a little cuddly but rather shy at first.
