"The little Link Farm" on the Lüneburg Heath

The idyllic village of Vahlde is located on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath, precisely in the triangle formed by Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover.

The site is located at the end of an approx. 10000 sqm large nature-oriented rest farm with animals.

Bullys and small motorhomes are welcome.

In our farm store " The little Link Shop " we sell our products: homemade jams, like Morgenröte or Drachenfutter, homemade sausage, juices, liqueurs and much more.

Many destinations are very easy to reach from Vahlde.

Schneverdingen 13 km (Heideblütenfest in August), there you have many opportunities to explore the heath, in the climbing park "Höhenwegarena" to climb the skies, in the indoor pool, with sauna, to enjoy the cool wet or to get to know the varied gastronomy.

Soltau 27 km with the Heidepark

Lauenbrück 4 km There is the Landpark, which invites you to stroll and relax. Smaller concerts of singers songwriters and poetry slam events take place there regularly.

Lauenbrück's train station is located on the Hamburg/ Bremen railroad line and is also connected to the HVV (Hamburger Verkehrs Betriebe) and thus allows cheap trips to the Hanseatic city of Hamburg.

Fintel 3 km hosts a freshly renovated heated outdoor pool and offers shopping facilities, pharmacy, doctors and restaurant.

Scheeßel 10 km (known by the Hurricane Festival) also here is an outdoor pool and several shopping facilities.

Tiste 12 km there is the Tister Bauernmoor, a 570 hectare nature reserve, the biodiversity and the huge crane population are worth seeing. The Bauernmoor can also be explored by taking a ride on the old moor train.
