We offer an overnight stay directly on the Elbe dyke in the Vierlanden, Hamburg's vegetable garden for self-sufficient travelers.
A great starting point for bicycle tours, canoe trips and visits to the most beautiful city in the world! Slipway to the Elbe, local amenities, bus stop and restaurants are within walking distance.

Only the dyke separates you from the Elbe. A bathing beach is approx. 300m away, a slipway is directly on the other side of the dyke.

Please call shortly before arrival, because the driveway is often overlooked. Driving on the gardens of neighbors (unfortunately occurred several times!!) is to refrain! Guests who do so will be turned away. The same applies to bringing dogs. A claim for reimbursement does not exist!

A lovely spot in the garden at Tjorven. The arrangements beforehand went really smoothly, and we had a peaceful night’s sleep. The street is very busy during the day, but at night you can’t hear a thing. The Elbe River is right behind the dike. :)

Very nice host, communication was great. Very great, idyllic, quiet pitch (despite the dyke road).
We were given a very warm welcome and were allowed to choose a pitch on a very well-kept plot under trees. From here you can start beautiful bike tours and in good weather, about 300m further, keep your feet in the Elbe on a small stretch of beach. Thank you very much!
