Here you can go hiking, cycling, there is a mountain bike park (Halde Norddeutschland).
Venlo is 35 kilometers away, Düsseldorf and the Ruhr area are also just around the corner.

We are campers ourselves and know the annoyance. Sunday, nice weather and you have to leave the site at 11:00.
