1. Self-sufficiency is required

Since we have no sanitary facilities (toilet/shower) and no waste disposal station, only fully self-sufficient vehicles are permitted to stay here. Dumping gray water or chemical toilet waste on the property or in the surrounding area is strictly prohibited.

2. Respect for nature

• The pond: Our small pond is a biotope. Please do not throw any trash into it or swim in it.

• Herb beds: You are welcome to help yourself to our herbs in reasonable quantities for your dinner. Please harvest carefully so the plants can regrow.

• Trees: Please do not break off branches or hammer nails into our old trees.

3. Trash & Cleanliness

“Leave no trace” – Please take all your trash home with you. We want the guest after you to find the same clean paradise that you did.

4. Fires & Barbecues

• Open campfires are only permitted in the designated fire pit (please observe fire safety precautions, especially during dry weather!).

• Barbecues are permitted as long as the grill does not come into contact with the lawn (heat protection).

• Please do not dispose of hot ashes on the property or in the bushes.

6. Quiet Hours & Neighbors

Although we are in a secluded location, sound carries far across the fields. Please avoid loud music or shouting, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. We want to maintain a good relationship with our farming neighbors.

7. Safety

Entry onto the property is at your own risk. We assume no liability for property damage or personal injury. Please close the gate when leaving or during your stay for your own safety.
