This was the first time we booked a campsite through Hinterland, and we were so lucky to get Isabel’s spot! It was completely secluded, with a stunning view, and the communication beforehand was great—we’ll definitely be back!

I only spent one night at Isabel’s Naturidyll. You drive about 1.5 km down a dirt road to get there. The driveway is actually pretty steep because you’re driving straight up a small hill. Once you reach the top, there are a total of three small cabins, a few benches, and a small fire pit. The location is truly fantastic, as you have a beautiful view over the fields into the distance. Plus, it’s pure nature, since it’s relatively secluded. Nordhausen is just a 5- to 10-minute drive away. I highly recommend this spot if you just want to unwind a bit.

A truly wonderful spot surrounded by nature. No noise from cars or planes. Yet just a few minutes away from the heart of the city. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
