Natural idyll in the southern Harz Mountains with a view of the Brocken

Exceptional site in a secluded location on the edge of the Harz Mountains surrounded by fields and forest with a view of the Brocken.

Several spacious covered seating areas and a fireplace are available. Above the site there is a wonderful view over the town of Nordhausen.

Nearby bathing lakes (see photo - 5 minutes' drive away) with excellent water quality. There are many excursion and activity options in the neighboring Harz Mountains and the Kyffhäuser region.

We recommend the following excursion destinations in the region:

Sondershausen Visitor and Adventure Mine, the Kyffhäuser Monument, IFA Technology Museum Nordhausen, Oldisleben Sugar Factory Heritage Site, Uthleben Flea Market and Antique Barn, steam train ride through the Harz Mountains on the historic Harz Narrow Gauge Railway, Nordhausen Bathhouse Historic Swimming Pool, tour and tasting at the Nordhausen Traditional Distillery, Roßtrappe Bodetal, hike to the Brocken, the Bielener and Sundhäuser Kiesseen lakes, Wernigerode Castle, the historic town of Stolberg/Harz and the town of Quedlinburg, Barbarossa Cave Rottleben and the Heimkehle karst show cave, action at "Harzdrenalin" and for families the Hexentanzplatz + the cable car adventure world in Thale and the Harz Witches' Kingdom in Rothesütte.
