  • A really great plot of land, affordable, and with plenty of equipment on site. It's great that it's fenced in!

  • I had a wonderful little getaway; the fenced-in property was perfect for me and my dog—since the occasional walker with an off-leash dog would pass by. In the evenings, the deer and partridges would come out—it was wonderful, and the night was completely peaceful ❤️

  • An absolute hidden gem for anyone looking for peace and quiet who enjoys spotting deer, hares, and partridges while strolling through the fields and vineyards. This place is simply perfect for relaxing. We’ll be back!

  • Easy to find, very quiet, lots of nature, vineyards for walking, and animals to watch.

  • It’s a simple meadow in a quiet, pretty setting. This weekend, we saw more animals (deer, pheasants, hares, herons) than people (just two hikers). It was wonderfully peaceful! We didn’t use the property next door at all, but it’s very nice with a covered seating area, a grill, and a small stream. Communication with Gerhard was always quick and friendly!! Thank you so much 😄
