Just a short walk away are the breathtaking Zabelstein castle ruins with their impressive lookout tower, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view over the Franconian countryside. Below the Zabelstein is the charming hamlet of Neuhof with an exciting archery course and an adventure farm.

On hot days, the natural swimming lake "Gipssee" near Donnersdorf offers a refreshing way to cool off. When it comes to culinary delights, the restaurants in Falkenstein and the surrounding villages are recommended. A special highlight is a wine tasting on the Falkenberg or watching the winegrowers at work. The towns of Gerolzhofen, Volkach, Würzburg, Schweinfurt and Bamberg are ideal for day trips, with their many attractions. Thanks to the excellent network of cycle paths and the proximity to the Main Cycle Path, these destinations can also be easily reached by bike.

The Falkenberg, located in the famous Donnersdorfer Falkenberg vineyard, is considered one of the most beautiful vineyards in Franconia. Here you will find numerous idyllic vineyard cottages and can hike along the paved paths between the vineyards, hedges and rains and enjoy nature to the full.

In the middle of the gentle hills of Franconia, where the sun kisses the vines, lies our family-run winery - grown from tradition, carried by passion, now in its fourth generation.

Our wines, which reflect the character of our homeland, are produced here with our own hands and a lot of heart.

Our white wines - Müller-Thurgau, Silvaner, Bacchus, Secco and Rivaner - tell of freshness and lightness, while Acolon, Pinot Noir and Rotling in deep red tones tell of warmth and maturity.
