Our campsite is in an idyllic and quiet location right on the edge of the beautiful Palatinate Forest - perfect for anyone who loves nature, tranquillity and exercise.
Several pitches and tent options offer plenty of space and flexibility. Whether with a camper, tent or van - everyone will find their own personal spot here.
A popular mountain bike route starts directly behind our house - ideal for sporty explorers. And for those who prefer to relax, an idyllic swimming pond is just a 10-minute walk away.
We look forward to pleasant encounters and a relaxed exchange with our guests.

What a great little spot 👍 Mario is a super nice host. A very quiet and idyllic place, surrounded by lots of trees. There’s a large clearing in the middle, so the sun can shine through. We had a wonderful stay! The place was gorgeous—right next to the forest. Mario and Julia were super friendly and laid-back hosts. We were traveling with kids and dogs—everyone really enjoyed it. We’d love to come back whenever we get the chance ☀️
We tried “Hinterland” for the first time at Mario’s place, and it was a total hit. We were greeted with an incredibly warm welcome as soon as we arrived and felt right at home. Mario is an attentive and helpful host who gave us great culinary and cultural recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable. The place itself was simply wonderful: spacious, quiet, and just right for a relaxing weekend. You can immediately tell how much love and dedication has gone into it. One thing is certain for us: we’ll be back. Highly recommended.
