At the mystical Wilhelminian-style villa in Vogtland

We offer 2300sqm of park-like land at an old listed Wilhelminian style villa. The villa is to be returned to its original purpose in the coming years - authentic and simple, offering guests a vacation as it used to be.

The villa was one of the first guest houses in the upper Vogtland region. There is a marked parking space in the upper part of the property, from which you look out into the garden and have the villa / street behind you. The plot is sunny but you can retreat into the shade under the old trees.

The parking space is accessible via a closed gate. We have a VW T5 and fit through comfortably. The gate width is approx. 2.35m. Length of the vehicle: maximum 6 meters!

There is no water - no electricity - WC. You have to be virtually self-sufficient. Then you are welcome to stay for several days or longer. It's a good place to retreat, to be clear :-)

There are public toilets next door in the open-air museum, but they are only open during the museum's opening hours. (No guarantee, so please inform yourself beforehand :))
