JohannPitch on a meadow plot with adjacent allotments directly on the lake. In the midst of small woods, with the sound of cowbells and visits from birds, ducks and occasionally rabbits, deer, foxes and a tomcat living there.
A beaver has also built its dam nearby.
The reservoir with two small islands and swans is only two minutes away. A brook runs along the property.
