You are with us a little outside of Bad Wurzach, a small sweet spa town on the edge of the Allgäu. With us it is wonderfully quiet and you still have the advantage of being 2 km away directly in the city.
You can start hiking or biking tours directly on site. Bad Wurzach is connected to the Wandertrilogie, a large hiking network and also to the Rad-Runde Allgäu, as well as partner of the RadReiseRegion Württembergisches Allgäu, where you can take wonderful tours through our hilly region. Simply fantastic to quickly escape from everyday life.

Caroline and Andreas are excellent hosts—very helpful and just plain nice. We were free to choose our own spot on the spacious property, and even though we picked a spot far from the nearest power outlet, Andreas provided a cable reel so we had electricity. Absolute peace and quiet, relaxation, no disturbing noises—just nature. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back. Thank you very much!
Simply gorgeous—highly recommended! What a fantastic campsite! Even our initial contact with the hosts was incredibly warm and friendly, and we felt right at home. Once we arrived, we were able to take our time choosing exactly where we wanted to park. The grounds are huge and offer plenty of different options, so you can find the spot that suits you best. There’s also a fire pit, and you can easily book electricity as an add-on. And then there’s that view! All around, just open space, nature, and it feels like nothing disturbs the peace. The sunset was beautiful, and the atmosphere was simply indescribable. In the evening, all you really hear are the crickets—and, with a little luck, the beaver next door gnawing on a tree. 😊 We absolutely loved the peace and quiet there. Just switching off, enjoying nature and the sweeping views, and completely forgetting about everyday life. The hosts were also incredibly kind and attentive, and they even gave us a great tip for dinner. For us, it was an absolutely gorgeous campsite where everything was just perfect. We would have loved to stay even longer and will definitely be happy to come back!

We didn’t actually meet the hosts, but communicating with them via chat was very pleasant and straightforward. It took about 30 minutes to walk to Bad Wurzach. The campsite is very quiet and has a beautiful view. It’s definitely a great value for the price and perfect for a stopover.
