Very nice site with a wide view of the Hessian Rhön (Wasserkuppe, Milseburg, Kreuzberg, Hessisches Kegelspiel).
On site you can explore a quaint Hessian half-timbered village with baroque church. Or they climb the Stoppelsberg with its medieval castle ruins of Hauneck, with panoramic views of the Knüll, the Vogelsberg and the Rhön. The mystical Long Stones invite you to a short hike into the past. Guided tours can be booked if required.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you—and the host is lovely, too. We felt very comfortable here.
A clean, well-maintained spot with a beautiful view. The area is perfect for hiking. The host was also very friendly. We would have loved to stay longer, but we were just passing through.
Very friendly and helpful—they even treated us to a glass of wine by the evening fire. We'll be back!
