A clean, well-maintained spot with a beautiful view. The area is perfect for hiking. The host was also very friendly. We would have loved to stay longer, but we were just passing through.
Very friendly and helpful—they even treated us to a glass of wine by the evening fire. We'll be back!

Really nice pitch. Thomas gave us a really nice welcome and briefing. In the morning he brought us super tasty bread rolls. An overnight stay here is a must. Thank you.

We stayed with Thomas for 2 nights. Due to the rather bad weather we had to move into the barn on the first evening, everything was totally uncomplicated. On the second evening we used one of the various seating options to eat and then the fire barrel. Thomas and his family were always on hand to answer any questions. The view (weather permitting) was great. The Rhön in the background and the cows in the foreground. You could certainly do a lot in the surrounding area. Due to the short stay and the bad weather, we only managed to go for a walk and visit the castle ruins by bike. A place that can be recommended all round.
Wonderful view over the Rhön, we stayed three nights in a super relaxed, quiet and idyllic place with Thomas. Communication was uncomplicated and relaxed, Thomas is an attentive host who takes great care of us without being intrusive. We were allowed to use the barn as the weather let us down a bit and even got wood for the fire barrel. We can recommend the place without reservation! Many thanks
Thomas is a super caring host who always made sure we had everything we needed! We were provided with firewood, electricity and water. The place is really beautiful, in good weather wonderful views of the Rhön and pure tranquility, very close to nature! We would love to come back again 😊
Very nice host, who also provided us with hiking maps for the surrounding area. Wonderfully quiet location, great view of the vast landscape. Lovingly laid out (seating) places. Cow company in the pasture included :-)

Very nice host, pitch was great. We have used this as a stopover but I could also imagine a few days to stand there. Beautiful idyllic area.
Very nice uncomplicated and helpful host. Grassy outdoor area with great views behind the courtyard. Very much peace and quiet. Opportunities to learn information about the village, and surrounding villages. Castle ruins to explore only about 30 min walk away. We felt very comfortable and welcome.

Thomas and his family are very friendly and helpful hosts. The pitch itself is easy to reach and offers among other things a great view. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.
Beautiful panorama. Thomas's father welcomed us kindly and told us a bit about the former farm and the surrounding area, very interesting. There is plenty of space and was even a slide and swing, which our little daughter used with pleasure.
