ClaudiaThe huge natural meadow is secluded, in the middle of the forest with a house. Depending on the season, the grass is higher or freshly mown. One pitch in front of the wooden hut is always mown. Other favorite places may be leafed.
10 minutes to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, peace and quiet and the relaxing sound of water. Swimming in the stream is possible.
Please do not rate us with 4 or less stars due to the idyllic & very quiet location.
Thank you very much.

Other (house rules)
Access to the entire property at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children. The property is natural and not in all places fall- or injury-safe, especially at the creek caution is advised. In addition, there is an increased risk of drowning in the stream, especially for small children. Therefore, please do not let your little ones out of your sight. Please also observe the general safety rules and nature conservation. 1. never camp under trees, because branches could break off at any time, injure someone or even whole trees could fall down during storms. Therefore, check the trees in your area carefully for dead wood or stability and keep an eye on the weather 2. Always find a slight elevation so that your tent will not be flooded if it rains or the creek rises. 3. do not tent directly on the creek. High bank areas in particular can be washed out and crash at any time, while shallow areas can be flooded if it rains elsewhere. 4. please be careful not to leave trash, oil or pollutants in the natural environment. 5. leave the meadow as you found it. I.e. no stones or large branches should be left behind, because the meadow is mowed regularly. Also, any campfire pits that may have been built on the meadow must be put back at ground level. Thank you, take care and enjoy the fascination of the free starry sky!
