LolitaWelcome to the adventure farm in Hohenkirchen... High up on the mountain, an old churchyard, above the Saxon Mulde Valley, you can camp with your camper, van, or a max. medium-sized trailer simply different!
And what is for many the most beautiful, we have two donkeys, an old couple, as it could not be better: "they can not always with each other, but without each other not at all". If you feel like it, you can also start a hike with them. There is a colorful flock of chickens, as well as three tomcats that like to visit our guests.
There would be perhaps still one or the other to describe, but to make curious, this may be enough here.

What this place offers
Basics
Toilet
The toilet is located in the house in the landlord's courtyard area. If there are other campers on site, they can also use the toilet.
Electricity
Additional flat rate of 3 € / day and payable on site in cash
Shower
Showers must be paid in addition. Payable on site 3,00/person
Water
There is a summer kitchen including a "dishwashing line", for the use of which a flat rate of 1.50€/ washing or rinsing of your dishes is charged.

Is not with all providers 100%...
Campfire allowed
Only in the designated fireplace. Wood must be fetched yourself (possible on the property).
Barbecue allowed
A grill can be provided, you should bring your own charcoal and return the grill cleaned ONLY.
Other (house rules)
Our animals talk to you, so be prepared for that. Two donkeys are sometimes quite vocal... However, this never means that you are allowed to feed them, we do that ourselves:-) or go into their enclosures. Neither we nor they want parties with loud canned music. If you have any wishes, suggestions or criticism, we are always open and happy to offer you a good time here.

Activities
MTB
There are enough good bike - and especially biker tours around our farm to experience. The Mulde Valley is ideal for this, to get to castles and palaces and to experience the small towns and cities in the area
Farm vacation
We have chickens from which we sell eggs when needed. The two donkeys Peppi and Nele are ErlebnisHof originals and like to have conversations... Furthermore, there are two tomcats and occasionally a guest dog, Labrador Kelev.
Hiking
Good paths lead to Rochsburg Castle across the beautiful Mulde Valley or to the basilica in Wechselburg.
Cycling
There are certainly good cycle tours from here with more or less hilly challenges. We can give you tips for places worth seeing. Hohenkirchen is at the top of the mountain, so you have to keep going back up 😉
