Only about 5 minutes by car from the A8, our farm is located on the edge of the terrain with a view over the district of Rosenheim and area Samerberg with the mountain Hochries. Samerberg is nature recreation area.
Many hikes are possible from the site.
Grocery store and refreshments are within walking distance in about 10 minutes. You can start mountain bike tours from the site and there is also a nearby natural swimming pool. A downhill bike park and a cable car are also 2.5 km away.

A fantastic sunset; Josef is a super friendly and nice host
Everything was great—clear communication—the site is a bit uneven—but there are plenty of wheel chocks available—Thank you very much—I'd love to come back again
We were guests of Josef at Sundownerplatz from August 7 to 9. During our stay, we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the pleasant coolness, and, above all, the truly special hospitality. Many before us have already described in their reviews how unique the view is. But Josef’s exceptionally warm and friendly nature is just as wonderful and unique as the view itself. Thank you so much for the wonderful time! We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.
