Booking on request

Elisabeth will personally confirm your stay.

Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival.

Or within 48 hours of booking, up to one day before arrival.

Our house/farm is located on the edge of a meadow and forest.

From here, you can walk to the lake, breathe in some fresh air in the forest, or drive up the mountain in 20–30 minutes to recharge your batteries...

We have loooads of greenery, plenty of space for you, your kids, and your pets.

Here you can play, make music, build a campfire... enjoy the sauna, stargaze, sleep outside...

Say good night to the fox and the hare...

Just sit back and gaze into the distance!!!

We ask that you respect the natural environment: for us, this means being mindful of everything—recycling, waste disposal, noise, etc.—and keeping dogs on a leash, as there are animals and children roaming freely here...

You’re also welcome to come as a larger group :)

We have kids ourselves, and things can get a little lively at times... so children and the hustle and bustle shouldn’t bother you

Unfortunately, only campers, tents, and similar are allowed now, since we no longer have easy access for RVs and motorhomes. If you have smaller vehicles (not too tall—feel free to ask),

This natural setting awaits you

  • The site is beautifully landscaped with greenery and offers some nice extras, such as a restroom and a fire pit. Getting there was easy, and we had no trouble finding the campsite. Anyone looking to camp close to nature will find this a lovingly designed spot. However, another factor was decisive for our booking: The listing stated that the site could accommodate a maximum of two vehicles. When we arrived, though, there were already three other vehicles there. According to the hostess, this was an exceptional situation. If we’d been given a brief heads-up about this beforehand, we could have decided for ourselves whether the booking would still work for us under these circumstances. Since we specifically look for very small campsites with few other guests, this was unfortunately disappointing for us. In our case, there was also a group with two vehicles on site who sat outside together drinking until late in the evening. We personally found this disruptive. Anyone seeking absolute peace and quiet should take this into account when deciding whether to book. We could clearly hear the nearby train. We were already aware of this from other reviews. Whether or not this bothers you is certainly a matter of personal preference. An additional note for people with allergies: There are beehives on the property in the immediate vicinity of the campsites. We hadn’t noticed this in the photos beforehand. This probably won’t be a problem for most guests, but people with a bee allergy should keep this in mind. Unfortunately, we didn’t always find the communication following our stay to be pleasant, as our factually worded feedback was sometimes met with personal attacks. However, we’d like to highlight the positive aspect that we were ultimately reimbursed for one night after we cut our stay short.

  • Great place, great hosts

  • It was wonderful! Being so close to the lake was perfect with the high temperatures.

  • Overall, we had a nice stay. When we arrived, the hosts weren’t there, so we had to figure out the water connection on our own at first. A quick heads-up beforehand would have been helpful. Also, there’s hardly any shade on the lawn, which can be a bit of a drawback on hot days. You can hear the nearby railroad tracks, but overall it didn’t bother us much. All in all, it’s a nice campsite that we’d gladly recommend.
