When is the best time for a camping vacation in Kühlungsborn?

It all depends on what you prefer: summer, sun and bathing fun - but a greater rush of tourists, or peace and nature with mild to cooler temperatures and almost empty beaches. 

In summer you can expect temperatures of 18-25°, sometimes even over 30°. The average water temperature during this time is 16-19° - the best conditions for a summer vacation by the sea. At the campsites, you will hardly notice any tourism. They are idyllically and quietly located in the middle of nature and offer an average of only three pitches - here you have peace and quiet even in summer. During the day, you can throw yourself into the hustle and bustle and go exploring along the promenade. 

Alternatively, a camping vacation in Kühlungsborn in the off-season is also highly recommended. There is much less going on here from September at the latest and the weather is still on the milder side. The beaches are emptier and you have peace and quiet not only on the pitch, but also during other activities around Kühlungsborn.
