Amazing place, 100% recommended. The hosts are super friendly, the view is beautiful, the hot tub and sauna are so comfortable, there are many cozy places as benches, fire pits, animals all around. Would love to come back, thank you!!!

A beautiful, well-maintained farmstead in a unique location, with a magnificent view of the countryside. The bathroom and shower are beautifully designed. On cold or rainy days, there’s a lounge (bar) with a fireplace. The property is right next to a paddock, so we could watch the horses all day long. It was truly wonderful. We were able to set out on many beautiful hikes and bike rides from the farm. We’d love to come back.

Dear Hans, What a wonderful time we had with you! Everything was just right! The smell of lavender on the sofa, the hot tub with the view. Even the outdoor shower... everything is decorated with so much love! Absolutely recommendable 👍

Our pitch was one of three, all of which have been lovingly prepared. The pitch "Unterm Walnussbaum" is separate and is located right next to the paddock. The communication with Hans was friendly and enriching. The common room and toilet were more than just makeshift. We bought some fresh eggs from their own hens for the morning. Absolutely recommendable!

This was our second time staying with Hans and his family and we can highly recommend the pitch. You can feel in every detail how much love and care has gone into it, and Hans really goes out of his way. The communication is also extremely cordial - if you are looking for peace and quiet, a refreshing dip or a bath under the stars in the heated hot tub, this is the place for you. Thank you very much for everything!

Spontaneous request was answered quickly. The place is very well maintained, lovingly designed, the sanitary facilities are clean and appealing. The host is very pleasant and friendly. We felt at home and will be back.

I would like to give it many more stars because it was simply fantastic. Everything was wonderful, super nice, helpful hosts, a beautiful pitch with a fantastic view. We felt so comfortable and were sad that our time was over so quickly. We will definitely be back soon.

It was a very nice and relaxing stay. Very clean sanitary facilities and kitchen with living room. Everything very lovingly arranged and decorated...a special plus for my son was the dartboard...relaxed family time guaranteed even in the rain

Unfortunately we were unable to arrive due to illness at short notice, but the contact was very nice with lots of useful information about the pitch. We hope to be able to make up for the overnight stay soon!

It was a great overnight stay with Hans-Jürgen and his family. The farm is beautiful and designed with so much love. I had booked the place in the herb garden with warm water barrel and had a great, relaxing quiet night there. Everything is super clean and tidy. Very nice contact. On the pitch you are actually not quite as alone (when other campers are there) as it seems in the photos, but you certainly still have enough privacy.

We were here for almost a week on the farm, very nice welcome by Hans, with short explanations, beautiful pitch lovingly laid out with great views 👍 WC clean and tidy. We would have liked more contact with the hosts. If there was a shower with hot water for the cold days it would be perfect. All the best

Here under the walnut tree on the edge of the Westerwald is a wonderfully peaceful place. Hans and Elke are very kind and helpful people. Here you can drive down, relax and unwind. Wonderful pitch with everything you need. I think this is a place where we will relax more often. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality. LuNi

Everything is just right here: the quiet location, the great pitches and the surrounding facilities. Everywhere you look, you can feel that a great place has been created for guests with great attention to detail. In addition, Elke and Hans are very friendly hosts who are also happy to answer questions and give tips, e.g. on hikes. This starts with the booking and continues on site. If you are looking for peace and quiet and like to be active, you can go on great hikes or bike tours from here. We will definitely be back!

We were at the orchard for the second time. This time in November with rather mixed weather. It was really great again, despite the weather. But that's part and parcel of camping. It was a nice weekend with a hike and a cozy fire. Due to the weather, we went to Hans' little "pub" and spent a lovely Saturday afternoon there. I can only recommend the places there, it's all really great.

Hans and his family were fantastic hosts. Communication flawless. The yard, pitch and location are fantastic.

A super great pitch with great attention to detail! Hans-Jürgen and his family were very great hosts with a lot of passion for the individual pitches on the farm. The adjacent wooden terrace, the outdoor shower and the hot tub in combination with the wide view and the indescribable starry sky were really a dream. Very clear recommendation and at this point again many thanks for the great stay. See you hopefully very soon!

We were very nicely received by Hans. The place under the walnut tree was perfect for us. The hosts have created with much love and many small things, such as own towel per pitch in the toilet, a refrigerator filled with drinks in a nice lounge of the "Holschbar' , delicious eggs and homemade jellies, a place where you feel comfortable. A fire basket was ready, wood can be bought. The solar shower in the open air is decorated with love and a nice experience. Hans is a nice and accommodating host. We will come again.

Elke and Hans welcomed us warmly for one night. Together with our dog we were able to spend a nice evening at the campfire and enjoyed the view of the Holschbacher Höhe very much. We had everything we needed and will gladly come again.

The pitch was very nice and the hosts very helpful and friendly. The surrounding area invites you to beautiful hiking tours. We felt very comfortable and will be happy to come back.

We have spontaneously asked Hans and Elke and were very happy that we got a place with our tent on the orchard. The place that the two have created and want to share with us is really great! With a lot of attention to detail and hospitality they welcome their guests and have thus enabled us to spontaneously escape the big city for a day. So happy to go there! ;)

A beautiful pitch with a view. Very good access, isolated location in the green. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Toilet and solar shower available and clean. The site is beautifully landscaped and maintained. Highly recommended. We will definitely come again.

Super friendly hosts. The location is awesome, you have great views, peace and opportunities for walks as you have direct forest access. There is plenty of space available. A perfect place to pitch the tents 👍 we will be happy to come back.

We spent our time under the walnut tree and were delighted. This place has everything you could want for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in nature. We felt welcome and well taken care of from the very beginning. A treat were the delicious eggs, which came fresh from their own chickens. Super nice we found the evening lighting. After dark, the place under the walnut tree was bathed in warm light, which spread a very cozy atmosphere. All in all, we can recommend the place without reservation. We will come again.

The hosts were super nice and our place was also very nice on the meadow with a great view! We could additionally purchase eggs from the farm chickens and firewood. Also electricity was available. Thus, everything was available for a relaxing short trip (over a weekend), the place is definitely highly recommended. We felt very comfortable. Also thanks again for the great hiking tip!

A great view with a nice campfire and probably the best eggs in Germany. And liked it super with Hans & Elke.

We were there for a weekend and had a wonderful time. The view of the surrounding area is breathtaking, very quiet too. We parked right next to the funny chickens and also 'gave' us once the solar shower - highly recommended. We also brought home the homemade jam-super! All in all, highly recommended - we'll be happy to visit again.
