Paradise directly on the private lake (price for 12 people)

Hello! Thank you for your interest in our place. We only open the booking calendar at short notice, i.e. 60 days before the date you wish to book. We would appreciate it if you could book at least 3 nights during the week in summer. We ask that you book at least 4 nights on weekends.

This is to ensure the peace and quiet that we all value so much. The price is for the entire place per day, regardless of whether you come with 12 people or alone. Plus a one-time bathroom cleaning fee. And now to our place :-) Located north of Mannheim, this gem is situated on a large private lake. A secluded, level meadow for your exclusive use. No neighbors, just you and your group!

There is private access to the water with a private bathing pontoon (swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, etc. permitted). You are welcome to make a campfire (with firewood service). A private bathroom (newly built in 2022) is at your disposal. The water quality is regularly tested by a laboratory and is above average for quarry lakes.

We also offer a covered seating area, a sink, electricity, and a drain for chemical toilets. There is space for up to 4-5 RVs, tents, and camper vans. The access road is narrow and leads over a gravel field path. A supermarket and bakery are within walking distance, as is a good Greek restaurant.

You will only find out the exact location when you book, as the site is protected from excessive curiosity. Please refrain from asking questions by phone. Please send all questions by email. PS: We rent out a beautiful site, but without a good weather guarantee. We kindly ask you to refrain from requesting refunds for rainy weather, alternative dates, and the like.
