Camping sites located right next to the Elbe beach. Bassenfleth is situated in the Altes Land, a fruit-growing region along the Lower Elbe. Enjoy nature as you cycle through the beautiful orchards and follow the marked bike and hiking trails toward Steinkirchen and Jork. The historic old town of Stade is just 4.5 kilometers away and definitely worth a visit.
A campsite in the orchard among the fruit trees is available.

The hosts were super nice and helpful—they went out of their way to make everything possible for us. They were always available. The place was great, and the location was really beautiful, too. We highly recommend it :)
Unfortunately, we had to cut our vacation short, so I can't leave a review.
Great campsite, nice people, and just a 2-minute walk to the Elbe beach. Too bad the cherries 🍒 weren't ripe yet 😉 when we were there. We'd love to come back here again.
