Here, you can experience nature up close, let your mind wander, and escape the daily grind for a while.

Hiking and biking trails start right outside the door—for example, into the picturesque Waldnaab Valley, the Sauerbach Valley, or the nearby Steinwald Nature Park.

Despite the peaceful location, you’re well connected: via the A93, you can easily reach Regensburg, Nuremberg, Bayreuth, or even Mariánské Lázně—perfect for a varied day trip.

Just 6 km away, the traditional Zoigl beer towns of Windischeschenbach and Neuhaus await you. A visit to one of the rustic taverns is simply a must here—and they’re easily accessible by bike.

Here, the fox and the hare say good night to each other—and in the morning, our rooster greets you along with his flock of chickens.
