Holiday Home by the Ski Slopes in Bortelid

455 Bortelid. Åseral. Agder. Southern Norway. Pleasant holiday home near Bortelid ski center. Nice opportunities for trips both on foot in the summer and skiing in the winter. Great view of the slalom slope.

This is a 2 storey holiday home with plenty of room for 1-2 families up to 8 people. Practical and pleasant with 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies and 1 terrace. Right next to the ski resort and kilometers of slopes.

Here you will find the following solution spread over 2 floors. 1st floor: Hall, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, 1 bedroom with double bed 150 cm with 2 floor mattress and living room with lounge, flat screen and access to terrace with some garden furniture and fire pit. Heat pump on the ground floor provides a nice, stable heat in the cabin.

Stairs up to the 2nd floor, here we find 1 bedroom with a double bed 160 cm. and with access to a balcony, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, bathroom with toilet and shower and a beautiful living room and kitchen with open solution. High ceilings and with large windows that give a spacious and good feeling. Great views right towards the ski slope. Kitchen has all necessary equipment for self-catering. Refrigerator with freezer. Large dining table with good seating for 8 people.

In the living room there is a lounge, flat screen and wood stove. Exit to balcony.

2 Quiet, smaller dogs are allowed. Internet. The TV works with the internet

This is a pleasant holiday home. Very central and easy to use different types of skis in winter. Alpine or hiking, your choice. In the summer half of the year, there will be a paved trail network around the center. And outside the center natural trail network that is suitable for all ages. As they provide a varied and inviting nature view and experiences.

Approx. 2 min. to walk to the alpine center and groomed cross-country ski trails. And approx. 500 meters to Bortelid grocery store with café and service center where you can rent various equipment, e.g. for frisbee, or ice fishing, canoes, beach and mini golf etc. In the summer there are many fishing and bathing lakes in the area and the opportunity for mountain hikes and mountain hiking on the many hiking trails that are nearby.
