What to Expect

- A large, open meadow with shade under an old walnut tree.

- Access via a private gate: convenient for cars, campers, RVs, trailers, or cars with roof tents. Or by bike.

- Spacious composting toilet and a cold-water shower (gravity-fed system with an elevated water barrel).

- Many hidden spots to discover and great opportunities to spot rare birds (red kites are a regular sight; with a bit of luck, you might see a golden eagle).

- The grounds are still under development, but many areas are already usable and lovingly furnished.

Safety & Neighborhood

- The site is fenced and secured by its own gate, so you can relax in peace.

- Two friendly dogs (Kaya & Yuna), three ducks, and four cats live on the property—animals are part of the atmosphere. Dogs are welcome; please be careful not to disturb or harm the ducks and cats.

Location & Surroundings

- Just a few minutes’ walk away: the ruins of an old watermill—a beautiful walking path and great photo opportunities.

- Short walks away: a free swimming spot for safe swimming; a lookout point with a great view of the lake and the surrounding countryside.

- Hiking trails nearby

- Neustrelitz is the nearest town: supermarket, train station, and other amenities. Berlin is about 120 km away.
