A Retreat in the Bergisches Land—Camping on the Edge of the Forest

Are you looking for peace and quiet in nature, or do you want to set out on a hike or start your gravel bike tour right from your tent in the morning? Then you’ve come to the right place!

Our property is in a completely secluded location, nestled right on the edge of the forest and completely hidden from view from the outside. When you let your gaze wander, you’ll see nothing but lush greenery—the perfect place to leave everyday life behind and take a deep breath.

🏕️ General Information

- Camping: You can pitch your tent in our garden wherever you like, as long as you find a level spot

- Parking: If you’re arriving by car, you can park it on our property or right in front of the entrance for free

- Bathroom facilities: A private bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower is available for you in our house

- Electricity: Available for an additional fee

- Pets: We love animals—you’re welcome to bring them along by prior arrangement. Just send us a quick message.

Whether on foot or on two wheels: The Bergisches Land lies right at your feet.

- Outdoor paradise: Start your hikes, bike rides, or gravel tours right here at our place.

- Culture & leisure: The popular Lindlar Open-Air Museum and numerous cultural attractions are just a stone’s throw away. The museum is only a 2-km walk away.

You’ll enjoy the seclusion without having to sacrifice any comforts. The center of Lindlar is only about 2.5 km away and offers everything you need for your outdoor adventures.

- Groceries: Supermarkets (Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Lidl), dm, pharmacies, gas stations, restaurants, and ice cream shops.

- Local & Fresh: A great organic farm stand nearby supplies you with fresh eggs and milk.

- Recreation: There’s also a small mini-golf course in the area.

- Nature Soundtrack: A small stream babbles across our property. Of course, you’ll hear it.

- Accessibility: The country road leading to our place is audible from the garden. You can’t see it, though. Traffic varies depending on the day of the week, time of day, and weather.
