The Nest—our rooftop tent with a direct view of the lake

When you book Das Nest, you’ll stay in a rooftop tent on a small wooden platform—right by the lake, next to our chickens, and with your own private space on the edge of the WEGELAGER.

This is the perfect place for you if you’re looking for an authentic spot in nature to escape everyday life for a while, find some peace, and slow down.

Das Nest is part of the WEGELAGER. You’ll have access to our outdoor kitchen, the outdoor shower, and—by arrangement—a restroom in our house.

Inside the rooftop tent, you’ll find a cozy mattress with a topper for a restful night’s sleep. You’ll also have access to a small cooler, electricity, and Wi-Fi—if you’d like to use them.

Right next to the rooftop tent, you’ll find your own natural fire pit with seating. Feel free to bring anything else you need for a relaxing camping stay, or simply ask us in advance—we’re happy to help.
