Welcome to WEGELAGER.
Our yurt is a place for anyone longing for a little break—for peace, nature, and a moment to catch your breath without all the fuss! It’s been designed with sincerity and lots of love.
If you’re looking for glamping here, you’re in the wrong place!
Cozy and nestled in a meadow overlooking the lake, the yurt offers everything you need for a few days of relaxation. You’ll find a comfortable air mattress (140 × 200 cm) and a cozy sitting area that invites you to linger.
In the dresser, we’ve put together everything you’ll need to prepare simple meals: dishes and cutlery for two people, an espresso maker, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The mood lighting creates a cozy atmosphere in the evening, and electrical outlets and Wi-Fi are available if you’d like to use them.
The yurt is located on our property next to our house, on a meadow overlooking the lake. We live here with our children and animals and are delighted to share this special place with our guests.
The WEGELAGER is a labor of love that is growing step by step. Our vision is to create a place for people who want to slow down, connect with nature, and have meaningful encounters.
All around the yurt, forests, meadows, and the lake invite you to enjoy nature. Whether hiking, biking, swimming, or simply taking a quiet break in the countryside—here, everyday life can take a back seat for a while.
Good to know:
• Please bring your own bedding or a sleeping bag, as well as towels.
• Some pillows are already provided.
• Dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and pots and pans are available.
• Please bring dish towels and dish soap for washing dishes.
• A fire pit is available for cozy evenings. You’re welcome to bring your own firewood or purchase some from us for a small fee.
• The restroom in our house can be used by prior arrangement.
• The nearest place to shop is about 7 kilometers away.
