  We (a couple in our mid-50s plus two medium-sized dogs) unfortunately only stayed one night at this beautiful farm. We had an incredibly beautiful campsite next to an old barn that housed a bathroom that could rival any 5-star hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and furnished with great taste and attention to detail. And the surroundings were like something out of a nature documentary: next to us was a large pond with a pair of swans, and every now and then, you could see nutrias splashing about. There’s also a flock of Heidschnucken (sheep) on the farm, though not right next to the campsite—so don’t worry, you’ll only hear birds chirping ;=). We were warmly welcomed and even shown a secret swimming spot by a stream about 5 minutes away from the property. We’d love to come back!

  Simone was an incredibly responsive, hospitable snd gracious host. Her passion for the property is clear and immensely appreciated. I was sad to leave, and this was not just because of the ridiculously amazing place and nature, but definitely because of having to say goodbye to such a wonderful host.
