Our property is the ideal spot for campers, RVs, roof tents, or tents—and not just because of its beauty. Its location in the heart of the Hessian hills offers wonderful opportunities to experience nature.
We offer campsites in our orchard on the farm. Restrooms and showers are available. You can purchase our own produce and beverages in our farm shop. With restaurants across from the farm and shopping options in the neighboring village of Altmorschen, you’ll have everything you need.
Our village of Neumorschen is located in the Knüll Nature Park and directly on the Fulda Cycle Route R1 (just 200 m from the farm!). The Fulda River, which flows past the village, is a popular destination for river hikers. The half-timbered towns of Melsungen and Rotenburg/F, as well as the Documenta city of Kassel, are easily accessible by train.
The nearest exit to the A7 is only 15 km away. The best way to reach the fruit orchard is to enter “Rasenstraße 16, 34326 Morschen” into your GPS; this will take you to the farm from the back, and you’ll see the orchard immediately on your left. Or use the coordinates 51.064597, 9.603788

We had a very pleasant stay with Judith and Tim, who gave us a very warm welcome. The bathroom and shower were neat and clean. It was very quiet and idyllic at the campsite in the orchard. Highly recommended!
It’s a large, beautiful meadow surrounded by cherry and walnut trees, right next to an old farmhouse in town. Tim welcomed us very warmly as soon as we arrived. The bathroom is simple but clean. If you don’t feel like cooking, we recommend the Schnitzelhaus, which is very close by. I’ve never seen such a wide variety of schnitzel on a menu before. It’s not far from the bike path. We took a lovely trip to Melsungen.
We spent two wonderful nights at Judith and Tim’s farm and had the honor of being their first guests :) Communication leading up to our stay went smoothly. The campsite is beautifully situated in an orchard, and we were able to pick out a nice, shady spot for ourselves. The farm itself is located in a quiet spot on the outskirts of town, making it ideal for dog owners like us. It’s a wonderful starting point for walks. The small farm shop operates on an honor system. Among other things, we picked up some delicious jam there for breakfast. And now for the best part: Judith and Tim are incredibly friendly and laid-back hosts who gave us a very warm welcome. We had a great time and would love to come back!
