The parking spot is located in our garden below the house on the outskirts of town.
The garden features old trees on the lawn, which is accessible by vehicle in the summer and during dry springs and autumns.
Electricity can be provided via an extension cord.
The adjacent street leads into town and is rarely used as a through road to other locations.
For trail riders or cyclists, we can provide a tent with two camp beds upon request for an additional €6 per person.
There are two additional seating areas in the garden.
Our guests have access to a cozy lounge area in our old garden shed.

Farm vacation
We don’t have a farm, but our town still has a strong agricultural character. You can hear our neighbors’ cows just as clearly as our rooster, or the neighing and snorting of the many horses in the village.
Of course, farm vehicles are always driving around as well.
Climbing
Climbing in the Oberhauser Felsen, also known as the Kirner Dolomites, offers a truly unique outdoor experience. Located between Kirn and Oberhausen, this area is a climbing paradise for both beginners and experienced climbers.
Distance: 14 km
Wine tasting
In the neighboring village of Kirschroth, there are several wineries and a wine shop.
Golf
There is a golf club in Bad Sobernheim:

Watching wildlife
From the garden, with a little luck, you can see or hear deer, pheasants, foxes, squirrels, kites, and many other animals. Right now, the nightingale sings beautifully in the evenings.
Kayaking, canoeing
Paddling on the Glan in Meisenheim (18 minutes by car)
We rent out our old but seaworthy Canadian canoe for €25 per day if you transport it yourself.
We offer a transport service for a trip on the Glan from Meisenheim to Odernheim (3–3.5 hours) for €45 (2 adults + one child or dog…).
This includes paddles, seats, and a waterproof transport bag. (A life jacket for children is also available.)
Alternatively, there is the following option:

Horse riding
I offer experienced riders (one person at a time) the opportunity to go on guided trail rides.
