Located between Bad Kreuznach and Idar-Oberstein, away from major roads, the campsite is in our garden below the house on the outskirts of town.
The garden features old trees on the lawn, which is accessible by vehicle in the summer and during dry spring and fall seasons.
Electricity can be provided via an extension cord.
The adjacent street leads into town and is rarely used as a through road to other towns.
For trail riders or cyclists, we can provide a tent with two camp beds upon request for an additional €6 per person.
There are two seating areas in the garden.
In our old garden shed, our guests have access to a cozy lounge area and—if desired—a small kitchenette.

Of course, farm vehicles are always driving around as well.

Watching wildlife
From the garden, with a little luck, you can see or hear deer, pheasants, foxes, squirrels, kites, and many other animals. Right now, the nightingale sings beautifully in the evenings.

Thank you 🌼 to the friendly hosts for their wonderful garden and beautiful view. Everything we needed was there. We went hiking and biking. We’d love to come back. Andreas & Jeannette
Anke has created a truly charming, secluded spot in her garden with plenty of privacy, and we felt very comfortable there. She let us use her grill—thank you so much for that—and the outdoor shower was just what we needed in the 39-degree summer heat. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Warm and friendly host, beautiful surroundings and amazing campsite.
We pitched our tent at Anke’s campsite for 6 nights. We had a wonderful time. Anke is a very lovely person, and the campsite is in a beautiful location. It has everything you need. There are also plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. We highly recommend this campsite to everyone :)
A really beautiful location with incredibly kind hosts. Even though there’s a road right next to it, it was very quiet. The natural surroundings are wonderful—you often see deer. There’s also a small cabin for when the weather is bad. The horseback ride with their horses was great. We’d definitely come back!
