Anke has created a truly charming, secluded spot in her garden with plenty of privacy, and we felt very comfortable there. She let us use her grill—thank you so much for that—and the outdoor shower was just what we needed in the 39-degree summer heat. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Warm and friendly host, beautiful surroundings and amazing campsite.
We pitched our tent at Anke’s campsite for 6 nights. We had a wonderful time. Anke is a very lovely person, and the campsite is in a beautiful location. It has everything you need. There are also plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. We highly recommend this campsite to everyone :)
A really beautiful location with incredibly kind hosts. Even though there’s a road right next to it, it was very quiet. The natural surroundings are wonderful—you often see deer. There’s also a small cabin for when the weather is bad. The horseback ride with their horses was great. We’d definitely come back!
We stayed with Anke and Bernfried for one night, traveling by motorcycle and camping. The property is in a great location, and everything was just as described. We felt very comfortable there. Anke and Bernfried had lovingly prepared everything for us, including fresh water, plates, silverware, and cups. The refrigerator and electric kettle were also a huge plus for us as motorcycle riders. The bathroom with a sink was very well-maintained and definitely worth the small extra fee. That meant brushing our teeth and washing our hands was no problem at all. They both asked us several times if we needed anything else. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The brief conversation we had with them was also very pleasant. Great place, great hosts! Highly recommended! Too bad we were only there for one night.
