Campsite by the stream with a hot tub and sauna

On a 3,000-square-meter lot, I provide three campsites and a construction trailer. The lot is large and divided by hedges, ensuring that there is plenty of private space for each campsite. Access is via a lockable gate. There is a shared pavilion with a dining area and a sideboard. A sauna and hot tub are available for your use; safe handling of fire is required, and firewood is provided. Electricity can be accessed via a cable reel. There are also two bicycles available for small errands in town; the nearest grocery store is 300 meters away. A kettle grill is also provided.

The property borders an FFH area with direct access to the Wieslauter River. It’s a place where animals such as ducks, nutrias, and a wide variety of birds call home—a precious piece of nature. Therefore:

Please behave appropriately and avoid unnecessary noise.

This is a no-party zone.

There is also a construction trailer on the property, which is rented separately but can be booked in addition to the main rental if desired. Please coordinate with the other guests in advance regarding the use of the sauna and hot tub.

The dry toilet should be emptied and left clean after each use. Sawdust, disinfectant wipes, and toilet paper are provided. After using the toilet, the sawdust belongs ONLY in the bucket at the back—not in the urinal—otherwise it will cause clogs! There is NO municipal water on the property. Water for the shower is drawn from the Wieslauter River using a pump.
