On a 3,000-square-meter lot, I provide three campsites and a construction trailer. The lot is large and divided by hedges, ensuring that there is plenty of private space for each campsite. Access is via a lockable gate. There is a shared pavilion with a dining area and a sideboard. A sauna and hot tub are available for your use; safe handling of fire is required, and firewood is provided. Electricity can be accessed via a cable reel. There are also two bicycles available for small errands in town; the nearest grocery store is 300 meters away. A kettle grill is also provided.

The property borders an FFH area with direct access to the Wieslauter River. It’s a place where animals such as ducks, nutrias, and a wide variety of birds call home—a precious piece of nature. Therefore:

This is a no-party zone.
There is also a construction trailer on the property, which is rented separately but can be booked in addition to the main rental if desired. Please coordinate with the other guests in advance regarding the use of the sauna and hot tub.
The dry toilet should be emptied and left clean after each use. Sawdust, disinfectant wipes, and toilet paper are provided. After using the toilet, the sawdust belongs ONLY in the bucket at the back—not in the urinal—otherwise it will cause clogs! There is NO municipal water on the property. Water for the shower is drawn from the Wieslauter River using a pump.

This was our second time here, and as expected, everything went smoothly again. It was wonderful once more. 😊 Dealing with Johannes is always easy and friendly. If you have a question or need something, he’s easy to reach and you get a response right away. We’ll definitely be back!
We had four wonderful days in Johannes’s lovingly landscaped garden. It was like our own little world. The dogs and we really enjoyed our time there, and we had everything we needed. The surrounding area is really nice, too, and everything is within easy walking distance. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks, Johannes, for this chance to relax :)
An absolutely peaceful, spacious spot and a completely hassle-free trip there!!! We felt super comfortable! The highlight is the sauna, followed by a dip in the river or a shower to cool off!!! The fire pit is great, too!!! We'd love to come back!!!!
Yes, I would definitely recommend Johannes. Communication was prompt, friendly, and really excellent, and the campsite was exactly as described. A truly great spot with great attention to detail! All in all, a very pleasant stay with a fantastic host!

The beautiful nature, the tranquility, and the idyllic surroundings captivated us right away. Our absolute highlight was the hot tub—whether in the evening to relax under the open sky or in the morning for a cozy, warm soak in the midst of this magnificent natural setting. Simply wonderful ! 🛁🌲 Sitting on the cozy bridge over the stream, we were able to unwind and take in the beautiful natural scenery. Moments like these are exactly what make a stay so special. We would have loved to stay much longer—you really don’t want to leave here! 😊 A huge thank you also to our super-friendly host, Johannes. We felt very comfortable and welcome right from the start.
