You’ll find a simple, nature-oriented campsite in one of the historic Sattelhof’s orchard meadows—perfect for van life enthusiasts, campers, and roof-tent travelers seeking peace and nature. Nestled among old apple trees, with a 360-degree view of the countryside and an absolutely relaxed atmosphere.

The small access road is open only to residents; there’s no through traffic. The little Balsbach stream flows right across from the site, adding to the sense of nature right at your doorstep.

Life here is intentionally simple—just you, your van, and nature.

The campsite is mowed regularly 🧑‍🌾

A quiet, nature-filled campsite with both shade and sun. The meadow has just been mowed and is perfect for a small camp. Beautiful hiking trails are right nearby. The hosts are easygoing and very friendly. Highly recommended!
