Enjoy a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature! Our campsite is located in a quiet, idyllic spot on the edge of the forest in Windfeldpark—surrounded by trees and fresh air. A small stream that flows into a picturesque pond invites you to linger. The perfect place to unwind and recharge your batteries.
Active vacationers will also find plenty to enjoy: The SauerlandRadring bike trail runs right nearby, and numerous hiking trails invite you to go on extended hikes.
Parking spot details:
Single parking spot (two vehicles can fit by arrangement)
Natural, slightly uneven surface (don’t forget your wheel chocks)
The last 100 m of the access road is gravel

I spent a long weekend at this great campground with my two dogs. It’s perfect for anyone who enjoys a peaceful stay in nature. There are plenty of hiking trails right off the campground, the restroom is super clean, and Stefan was really nice and easy to deal with. They even provide herbs for campers, and I received illustrated directions. Thanks to that, even someone like me—who has a terrible sense of direction—had no trouble finding the campground. I highly recommend this wonderful campground and will definitely be going back myself.
This is already our second visit to this absolutely gorgeous place. Just like the first time, everything was great, and our interaction with Stefan was perfect. We'll definitely be back 👍
A truly beautiful and peaceful spot surrounded by nature. I found the days to be very relaxing and used them to take a little break. The staff were nice and friendly, and I received all the necessary information and a description in advance.
Stephan is a very friendly host who took great care of us and provided us with lots of detailed information. We really loved the spot on the edge of the forest. It’s completely peaceful, with plenty of space, a toilet, water, and electricity. It’s also a great starting point for hikes.
We liked the place and the little town so much that we came back again. We weren’t disappointed. Stefan (our host) gave us some tips during a little chat about other nice things to see in the beautiful Wennetal 😊 The hiking trails are great. Jüppkenpark and Wolo’s Giant Bench are definitely worth a visit. A lot of effort goes into making sure this little village stays so charming. We’ll definitely be back.
