Welcome to our peaceful fruit tree property. It is the ideal starting point for numerous hikes and bike tours. Neckarsulm is known as a traditional wine town in the Württemberg wine-growing region. Numerous winegrowers and wine taverns invite you to linger. It is also worth taking a trip to the nearby Scheuerberg hill, which offers a unique view of the surrounding area.

Shopping facilities (including a bakery) are available 24 hours a day within walking distance in the town center. (Card payment only) The access road to the property is partly paved and partly gravel. Please park on the lawn grid to avoid sinking in bad weather.

The 5m narrow property is bordered on the left and right by other groups of trees on neighboring properties. A seating area is available on our property for al fresco dining.
