On the estate between the Kocher and Jagst valleys

Many paths lead to inner peace. Most of them directly through nature. You can try this out particularly well at the Ruckhardtshausen farm in the Hohenlohe region. The farm is located on a ridge between the Kocher and Jagst rivers. From the farm's extensive land, you have an unlimited view over fields and meadows as far as the horizon, which is typical of mountain ridges.

You park your camper in a meadow under old fruit trees. Cherries and apples almost grow in your mouth here. Every evening, your pitch invites you to watch the sunset and take in the play of colors from light blue to pink, orange, soft purple and night blue until your everyday life dissolves into bliss. And then simply sit by the fire until the moon rises, count the stars and listen to the silence.

Your hosts are Julia and Samuel. They live and work on the estate with people, dogs and cats. Wheat, barley, rapeseed, sugar beet, maize, beans and peas grow in the fields around the farm. The farm also has 30 hectares of forest, which the farm community looks after and where you can go hiking. There are castles, ruins and palaces to see in the two river valleys of the Kocher and Jagst rivers. Surrounding vineyards add to the wild and romantic idyll. There are bathing spots on both rivers for swimming or launching your canoe into the water.
