  Communication was great. Thanks to Daniel. Best regards. The location is top-notch when it comes to the view. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the snack bar, and you can rent a boat or book a boat tour on the “Thuringian Sea.” Not so great: it’s right next to the road, which gets pretty busy during the day. In short: for a quick stopover while passing through—for one night—the spot is okay. Not really ideal for a longer stay, though. There are other options in the area, though.

  All in all, it's a lovely place. Unfortunately, the direct access to the water is in serious need of renovation. The scenery is absolutely stunning—a great view—and there are so many things to do. I'd love to come back.

  A lovely, impromptu spot to park; during a spontaneous stop, an LRA employee even pointed me toward the best parking spot—with a beautiful view of the water—and gave me some information about it. A narrow but steep path leads directly to the shore, perfect for watching a beautiful sunset.🌅
