On the quiet outskirts of Bornum am Harz, a special pitch with plenty of space and possibilities awaits you.

Conveniently located, the site is also ideal as a stopover near the A 7.

In addition to a modern lake container house on stilts, you can choose your favorite spot on the 1500 m² site - between meadows and old fruit trees.

The village seems almost enchanted here: loosely scattered houses, green spaces in between and the wide view from the terrace into the hilly landscape of the foothills of the Harz Mountains.

There is a covered area under the elevated house - perfect for "dry camping" in the rain, hanging up laundry, charging e-bikes or simply sitting in the dry. A toilet and washbasin are available for you.

A fire bowl invites you to spend evenings around the campfire, and you can optionally use the hot tub on the terrace by prior arrangement. From there you can look out over the fields and villages - particularly beautiful at sunset or in winter when you sit in the warm water and watch the snowflakes fall.

Surroundings & activities

The municipality of Bockenem itself offers a wonderful outdoor pool, the tower clock museum, half-timbered houses in the historic town center as well as shopping facilities, doctors and restaurants. Also worth seeing is the impressive natural phenomenon of the Dillsgraben, a sinkhole at the Dillsburg.

Just a few minutes away are the Bodenstein cliffs - a popular destination for nature lovers.

For children, the Sottrum leisure park is 20 minutes away by car.

The Harz Mountains, which offer a wide range of hiking and excursion options, are just 25 minutes away.

If you prefer a more secluded location, you can alternatively and by arrangement use our meadow by the river outside the village - a natural site for wild campers and those seeking peace and quiet.
